Returns

We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchange only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery, and an unboxing video proof is mandatory.

If a wrong product is delivered from our side, an unboxing video proof is required to process the exchange.

  • If the issue is from our side, we will cover the shipping charges for the replacement.
  • If the request is made for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or any reason other than receiving a damaged or incorrect product.

Refunds

  • Refund will be issued once we receive the defective product at our end. Deduction of Bank transaction charges will be applicable.

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof (photo/video) may be required
